Invoice Summary

Invoice summary displays all charges for a given invoice, grouped by bill code. The header displays department ID and name, invoice date, invoice number, applicable taxes, and invoice amount. The list displays the quantity, unit of measure (UOM), bill code, description, number of months, rate, and extended amount. The list can be sorted in ascending order by bill code.

To view source of Bill Code:

• Click the Bill Code number to produce the order(s) on which the selected bill code appears. The list will show order number, order date, prorated start date (if applicable), number of months billed, unit quantity billed for, billing rate, UOM, and total amount.

To change to Invoice Details:

• Click on Click here to show all the Invoice Details (invoices grouped by order numbers and bill code).

To Navigate:

• If a list contains more than 10 lines, use the list navigation links at the bottom of the table to navigate to the First, Previous, Next, or Last 10 items.
