The Search for Orders screen provides a brief summary of your previous orders. You can search for:
Orders Being Created By Type: These are any orders you are in the process of completing, but have not yet posted. They will show a status of HDN (Hold New).
Eligible Orders By Type: These are orders you have posted and for which you have received confirmation, but which have not yet been shipped. These orders will soon be processed at the Iron Mountain Records Center. They will show a status of ELG (Eligible).
Order Number: This is the reference number you are given at the beginning of your order (appears in the top left status bar). This number is also displayed on the Order confirmation screen when you complete your order.
You can request a search for all your orders, or for orders by type: Reference, Pickup, Supplies, or Permanent Withdrawal, by using the drop-down list to the right of the order search field.
The center section of this screen displays the search results for the order(s) you requested. The hyperlinks to the right of each order give you access to the order details.
Edit: Click on this hyperlink to change or cancel your order. If your order has already shipped or has been canceled, it is not eligible for modification. Therefore, the Edit option will not display; however, you can view shipped orders.
History: The History of your order shows the status of the order, for example, HDN or ELG, the date and time for that status, and the name of the person creating or modifying the order.
View: Click on View to get the details of your completed order. Details include: Item type, SKP Box number, File Sequence, Status, and Description.
Orders may be canceled from this screen by:
clicking on the checkbox to the left of the order you wish to cancel,
clicking the Select All button to select every order matching the search criteria, and then
clicking the Cancel Selected Orders button.
A copy of this document may be printed as a record of the order details.
