This screen allows you to select the type of order to create. The SafeKeeperPLUS system handles orders by order type; therefore, it can only accept items of the same type in a single order. Currently, SafeKeeperPLUS.com supports four order types: Retrieval, Supplies, Pickup,and Permanent Withdrawal.

• Retrieval: A retrieval order lets you select boxes and files from your inventory. The process assumes the items will be re-filed in the near future. Access to your inventory is driven by a three-level security gate, ensuring that your inventory is accessible to only those with proper authority.
• Supplies: Select this order type to order supplies, such as empty boxes and forms.
• Pickup: Select this option to request Iron Mountain to pick up inventory from your site for storage at Iron Mountain's archives. The same order type can be used to send both new materials and re-file materials that were previously requested through a retrieval order.
• Permanent Withdrawal: This order type is the same as a retrieval order, except that the inventory checked out is requested with the intent of never being re-filed.

To select customer, division, and/or department:

1. Enter your customer, division, or department ID or name (if not currently visible).

OR
2. Choose the customer, division, and/or department name from the drop-down list (available if you have access to multiple customer, division and/or department IDs).

To search for customer, division, and/or department:

If you have access to more than 50 customer, division, or department IDs, a Search option is available in place of the order type drop-down list described above.

1. Blank out the ID and name fields or enter a search string for either field.
2. Click the Search button to view a list of all matching customers or departments.

To select an order type and begin placing your order:

1. Click on the radio button next to the desired order type.
2. Click the StartOrder button.
